"Super impressed"
Our glass balustrade arrived today, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. We just installed it all - it was a breeze and looks amazing. The measuring part was straightforward, especially with the video tutorials on the site. Definitely recommend it!

"Pleased with the item, but some staff could use extra training"
I'm quite satisfied with the item, but would I shop with them again? Nah. Every representative was friendly enough. However, I ran into a number of problems, like receiving the incorrect balustrade. The way they handled fixing it felt pretty cold and unclear. It honestly seemed like nobody had a clue about what was happening. The entire ordeal to finally get my balustrade took almost three months.

"Ordering Made a Breeze"
The ordering was a total breeze, thanks to helpful online videos and a video chat with a real person. The product showed up right on schedule, just like we planned, and putting it together wasn’t overly complicated for us. However, I’d worry about tackling this if I wasn’t handy, as we had to do quite a bit of fiddling. But hey, the final look is totally worth it, and we’re getting tons of compliments from folks who see it.

What a fantastic company to work with! The entire experience, from placing the order to receiving the delivery, was seamless. The guidelines for measuring our stairs were straightforward and to the point. After we placed the order, we got a delivery date, and sure enough, the parts showed up on that day. The fitting instructions were simple to understand, and with two of us on the job, we wrapped it up in just one day. The end result has completely changed our Hall, Stairs, and Landing. Big thanks to Stairfurb!

"Delivery of My Order is a Total Mess"
The delivery of my order is a complete disaster, taking an extra 3 weeks. I got some pre-painted acrylic oak, but honestly, I'm not satisfied with the quality.
